Design, Construction and Maintenance
ICE Bridges 2016 introduced delegates to insight and progress made by various projects across the entire life-cycle of bridge engineering. From design, build and management to modelling, inspection and collaboration.
Richard Fish, past chair of the CSS (now ADEPT) Bridges Group and the UK Bridges Board, chaired the conference. "As one who has been involved in the design, construction and maintenance of bridges for 40 years, there has always been a need to learn and share knowledge and new ideas. The ICE Bridges conference is the perfect event to do just that; with a programme designed to encourage, engage and inspire all engineers lucky enough to work with bridges" he said.
